摘要
根据新疆人才供给市场的现状,结合社会主义市场经济的相关理论和政府宏观调控的手段分析后发现,新疆人才市场具有结构不合理、信息不畅通、规范化程度低、服务功能不完善等特点。因此,应根据经济社会建设发展的实际要求,不断调整人才结构,健全新疆人才市场的法规体系,发挥公共政策的导向功能,并采取措施规范人才市场的发展,从而提升人才市场的服务质量。
