摘要
沈阳中心气象台通过对2013-07-01—02首场区域性暴雨天气过程的准确预报和及时预警服务,根据天气影响系统对暴雨进行统计分析,建立了不同类型的暴雨预报关键区和预报指标,并在此基础上高频次地向政府领导和社会相关单位发布信息,为政府科学组织暴雨防御、为社会公众合理避免灾害损失提供了有针对性的指导和参考。
