摘要
简谐载荷下橡胶减震器在不同的频率和位移作用下得到的迟滞回线不同,通过试验获取迟滞回线比较复杂。根据橡胶的超弹性和粘弹性理论,通过Ansys软件仿真分析可以便捷地获取迟滞回线。首先对橡胶减震器进行Ansys瞬态分析,然后利用i SIGHT软件来优化模型参数,拟合获取迟滞回线。通过橡胶减震器试验对拟合的迟滞回线进行验证和预测,仿真结果和试验结果具有较好的一致性,说明仿真分析方法比较准确。通过仿真分析得到橡胶材料模型参数,可以快速获得橡胶减震器不同的频率和位移作用下的迟滞回线。
The rubber damper hysteresis loops under harmonic load are different in different frequency and displacement .It is complex to get rubber damper hysteresis loops by testing .It is conveniently to use Ansys simulation analysis to obtain hysteresis loop based on the super elastic and viscoelastic theory of rubber .Firstly,the Ansys transient analysis was carried out on rubber damper.Then the model parameters of rubber material are optimized by integrating iSIGHT software ,the hysteresis loop is fitted . The rubber damper test is used to verify and predict the fitted hysteresis loop .The good consistency of simulation results and ex-periment results prove that this simulation analysis method is comparatively accurate .The rubber material model parameters ob-tained by the simulation analysis can get the rubber damper hysteresis loop quickly .
