摘要
试验利用自制的标准试块和自主研发的测厚软件提供的声速校准功能,对超声波在Zr-4核用锆合金中的实际传播速度进行了校准,在此基础上展开了对超声测厚系统的静态和动态测量精度试验研究。分析了影响系统测量精度的主要原因,并给出了具体的解决措施。试验结果表明,所研发的超声测厚系统能够满足Zr-4核用锆合金管坯自动砂带壁厚修磨要求壁厚测量数据必须在既定精度范围内的规定。
This experiment used the homemade block and the sound velocity calibration function of the independent research and development thickness measurement software ,calibrated the actual propagation velocity of sound in the Zr-4 alloy.On this basis, experimental laboratory group launched the experimental research of the ultrasonic thickness static and dynamic measurement pre -cision.Analyzed the main reasons affecting the system measurement precision ,measures were put forward to resolve these rea-sons.Experimental results shows that ultrasonic thickness system developed by the project can meet requirements of the wall thickness measurement data accuracy range required by the nuclear reactor use Zr -4 alloy tube billet abrasive belt grinding machi-ning.
