医院建立肝病结构化电子病程记录进行精益管理的思路和方法 被引量：2

摘要 精益管理是一种能实现持久发展、永驻员工工作热情的管理体系。电子病历作为一种全新的病程记录形式，已在很多医院得到应用，是医院精益管理的重要组成部分，有利于提高医疗质量和工作效率，促进医院的信息化管理。首都医科大学附属北京佑安医院通过建立肝病结构化电子病程记录系统，探讨了医院精益管理的一些思路和方法，报告如下。
