亚麻籽木脂素对初产奶牛产奶性能及部分内分泌激素水平的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Flaxseed Lignans on Lactating Performance and Some Endocrine Hormone Levels of Primiparous Dairy Cows

摘要 本试验在新疆昌吉天山畜牧有限公司牛场挑选初产荷斯坦牛36头,研究亚麻籽木脂素(SDG)对初产奶牛产奶性能及某些激素水平的影响。将试验牛分为试验组和对照组,每组18头,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮基础上在精料中添加SDG(3.75g/kg),连续饲喂95d。试验结果表明,添加SDG可以显著提高奶牛产奶量,与对照组比较平均提高了19.01%(P<0.05),而且对牛乳中的乳脂率及乳蛋白率基本没有影响,差异均不显著(P>0.05);体细胞数与对照组比较平均降低了31.48%,但差异不显著(P>0.05);试验牛血浆中TRH、TSH、T3、T4的含量均有显著下降,与对照组比较总体平均值分别降低了10.08%(P<0.05)、10.63%(P<0.05)、22.07%(P<0.01)、12.5%(P<0.01);与对照组比较,试验牛血浆中T-AA水平整体处于上升的趋势,第75天时比对照组提高了13.33%,差异显著(P<0.05);并且与对照组比较,试验组奶牛血浆中ACTH从第25天开始处于上升的趋势,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明添加亚麻籽木脂素可以提高初产奶牛产奶性能,提高蛋白质的利用率以及降低体细胞数。 To study the effect of flaxseed lignans on lactating performance and some endocrine hormone levels of primiparous dairy cows, 36 head of primiparous Holstein cows in farm of Xinjiang Changji Tianshan livestock Co. Ltd. were selected and divided into two groups, 18 heads for each group. The control group feed with basal diet, the test group was feed in the basic diet adding SDG(3.75g/kg), and they were feeding for continuous 95 days. The test results showed that flaxseed lignans increased the milk yield the test group significantly compared with the control group, and increased by 19.01%(P〈0.05). The milk fat and milk protein yield were basically not affected, the difference was not significant(P〉0.05). The somatic cell counts for the test group cows were decreased of 31.48% compared with the control group, but the difference was not significant(P〈0.05). The TRH, TSH, T3, T4 levels in bovine plasma for test group were decreased significantly compared with the control group, the overall average values were 10.08%(P〈0.05), 10.63%(P〈0.05), 22.07%(P〈0.01), 12.5%(P〈0.01) respectively. The T-AA level test in bovine plasma for the test group was in an upward trend, it increased of 13.33%(P〈0.05) in 75 d than the control group. The ACTH levels for test cows were in the rising trend in 25 d compared with the control group, the difference was not significant(P〉0.05). That flaxseed lignans can improve the performance of primiparous dairy cows, increase the content of protein utilization and decrease the somatic cell counts.
