摘要
从乌鲁木齐早市随机采集31份散装生鲜牛乳进行理化指标、部分卫生指标和掺假检验。结果显示:各项理化指标的平均值均符合国标GB19301的要求,但不同样本间差异显著,全部指标合格的样本仅为13份,合格率41.94%;抗生素残留阳性占19.35%;亚硝酸盐阳性占6.45%,强阳性占3.23%;掺水占25.81%;掺碱强阳性占3.23%;掺盐和掺淀粉检验均为阴性。
Totally 31 samples of bulk raw milk were randomly collected in the morning market of Urumqi city, the physical and chemical indicators, health indicators and adulteration of milk were analyzed. The results showed that the average value of the physical and chemical indicators was in line with national standard requirements of GB 19301, but the differences were significant between the samples. The number of qualified sample for all the indicators was only 13, the qualified rate was 41.94%. The antibiotic residues positive samples occupied 19.35%, nitrite positive samples occupied 6.45%, and the strong positive rate was 3.23%. The samples with water mixing accounted for 25.81%, and the doped alkali strong positive rate was 3.23%. The starch mixed and salt mixed test were negative.
