PICC置管用于大剂量静脉化疗的观察及护理

Observation and Nursing of Using PICC in Massive Drip Intravenous Chemotherapy

目的 为肿瘤化疗病人建立良好的静脉通道 ,保证药物准确输入 ,避免化疗药物产生的局部不良反应。方法 对 6 0例肿瘤病人随机采用PICC置管及普通留置针输入大剂量化疗药物 ,经 χ2 检验。结果 PICC置管在静脉炎、留置时间明显优于普通静脉留置针 ,无 1例发生药物外渗损伤 ,保证化疗顺利完成。结论 大剂量化疗行PICC置管 ,可以更好地保护血管 ,减少痛苦 ;而正确选择血管是穿刺成功的关键 ,严格无菌操作及正压封管是预防感染和导管阻塞的保证。

Objective To found a well venous pathway for patients with chemotherapy, insure to perfuse drugs correctly, avoid the inside reaction. Methods PICC and general retaining needle were used in 60 cases of tumor patients with massive dose chemotherapy. The data were analysed with X2-test. Results PICC can reduce retaining phlebitis occurrence. There was no drugs effusion and insured chemotherapy to complete smoothly. Conclusions PICC can protect blood vessel, reduce pain; Select correct blood vessel is the key of puncture success, strict aseptic manipulation and passive pressure blockade are the guarantee of protecting infection and duck blocking.
