丹参酮Ⅱ_A磺酸钠注射液和注射用黄芪多糖治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭临床观察

Clinical Observation of Sulfotanshinone Sodium Injection Combined with Astragalus Polysaccharide Injection for Treatment of Congestive Heart Failure

目的:观察在常规治疗基础上采用丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液和注射用黄芪多糖治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:将84例患者随机分为观察组与对照组各42例。2组患者入院后接受常规治疗,观察组在此基础上予丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液和注射用黄芪多糖治疗。比较2组患者的临床疗效、心功能指标的变化。观察2组患者治疗期间的不良反应情况。结果:对照组总有效率69.05%,观察组总有效率88.10%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组的心脏每搏输出量(SV)、心脏排出量(CO)、心脏指数(CI)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张早晚期最大血流速比值(E/A)均较治疗前有所改善(P<0.05)。观察组CO和LVEF的改善情况优于对照组,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗基础上采用丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液和注射用黄芪多糖治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭,可提高临床疗效,改善心功能。

Objective： To explore the efficacy of Sulfotanshinone Sodium injection combined with Astragalus polysaccharide injection for congestive heart failure. Methods= Eighty-four patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 42 cases in each group. Both groups were given conventional treatment. The observation group received Sulfotanshinone Sodium injection combined with astragalus polysaccharide injection additionally. The clinical efficacy, the change of cardiac function and adverse reaction were compared. Results. The total efficiency rate was 69.04% in the control group, and was 88.10% in the observation group, the difference being significant（P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, cardiac stroke volume（SV）, cardiac output per minute（CO）, cardiac index（CI）, left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF） and the ratio of late to early diastolic peak flow velocity （E/A） were improved （P 〈 0.05 compared with those before treatment）. The improvement of CO and EF in the observation group was superior to that in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion= Sulfotanshinone Sodium injection combined with astragalus polysaccharide for chronic congestive heart failure can improve the efficacv and heart function.
