摘要
教育信息化是民族教育事业发展重要突破口,其对提升少数民族现代化教育水平、推进少数民族地区教育事业发展、保障少数民族受教育机会均等、促进区域教育均衡发展具有特殊重要性。在云南民族教育信息化发展起步较晚、投入显著不足、区域布局不均衡,民族教育资源开发利用与文教事业发展相脱节以及建设、发展、维护等方面尚存诸多不足的现实情境下,集中推进区域内民族教育资源的数字化建设,加快建成少数民族地区的信息化学习环境,重点开展信息环境中少数民族学习行为研究,对统筹分散民族教育资源、传扬优秀民族文化、促进民族文教事业发展具有重要意义。
Educational informationization is an important breakthrough in the development of national education and plays a vital role in improving the modernization level of ethnic minority education, promoting the development of educational undertakings in the minority regions, guaranteeing equal educational opportunities for minorities and enhancing the balanced development of regional education. The informationization of ethnic minority education in Yunnan province has the following characteristics : starting late, lack of significant investment, imbalanced regional distribution, disjoint of the development and utilization of national educational resources from the euhural and educational undertakings, and insufficiency in construction, development and maintenance. To counter the present situation, we should make centralized promotion of digital construction of minority educational resources in the area, speed up the completion of digital learning environment in ethnic minority regions, and give priority to research on minority learning behavior in an information - based environment. They are of great significance for overall planning of the dispersed ethnic education resources, spreading the excellent national culture and facilitating the development of national culture and education.
