不同等级路面的橡胶颗粒沥青混合料水稳定性试验 被引量:7

摘要 基于AC-13连续型级配,将橡胶颗粒等质量替换部分集料内掺入混合料中,通过冻融劈裂试验,研究了橡胶颗粒沥青混合料在不同等级路面条件下的水稳定性。试验结果表明:选择合理的橡胶颗粒掺量可减缓冻融后的劈裂强度损失。与普通沥青混合料相比,橡胶颗粒沥青混合料的空隙率增大,劈裂抗拉强度有所降低,且橡胶颗粒的掺量与粒径对他们影响较大。对于一级公路路面,橡胶颗粒沥青混合料的水稳定性仍可满足工程技术要求;对于低等级公路路面,细集料的增加可以提高橡胶颗粒沥青混合料的水稳定性。 Based on the typed AC-13 graded mixture gradation,part of the fine aggregates were replaced by crumb rubber of the same mass that are added to asphalt mixture gradation. The water stability of crumb rubber asphalt mixture of different grades of road was researched by freeze-thaw splitting test. It is shown that reasonable dosage of crumb rubber can slow down the loss of splitting tensile strength. Compared with ordinary asphalt mixture,the voidage of crumb rubber asphalt mixture increases while splitting tensile strength decreases. They are affected clearly by dosage and size of crumb rubber. The water stability of crumb rubber asphalt mixture can satisfy engineering and technical requirements for first grade highway. Meanwhile,increaseing of fine aggregate can improve the water stability of crumb rubber asphalt mixture for low grade highway.
