Fifty families were honored as ＂the most beautiful families＂ in Beijing in 2014 during a ceremony in Beijing＇s Mei Lanfang Theatre on November 30, 2014. Ma Lanxia, President of Beijing Women＇s Federation, introduced the campaign of ＂looking for the most beautiful families＂ in Beijing. In March 2014, the Publicity Department of the Beijing Municipal Party （Communist Party of China） Committee, the Beijing Office for Building Spiritual Civilization and the Beijing Women＇s Federation launched the campaign to recognize families （in Beijing） that perform exceediugly well in maintaining harmonious relationships among family members, educating their children well, and being industrious and thrifty in managing the household.
