研究了以单片机为核心的主从式变频控制,并将其应用于无纺布生产过程。文中对Modbus协议,ABB变频器的Modbus-RTU通讯功能及主从式变频控制方式进行了较详细的介绍,并开发了一种基于ABB变频器实际应用的主从控制系统。文中介绍了系统的详细设计方案,可供同类系统的设计及应用提供借鉴。

Introduce of a masterslave inverter control system which using SCM as the core, and applied to nonwoven produc tion process. In this paper, detailed descriptions about the Modbus protocol and the ABB inverter communication functions for Mod busRTU, and also the masterslave frequency control mode were presented. A masterslave actual control system based on ABB in verter was developed. This paper also described the detailed system＇ s schemes and could provide reference for the design and appli cation of similar system.
