摘要
以太钢4000m3高炉为背景,介绍了现场总线技术及智能MCC技术在高炉自动化控制系统中的应用。生产运行实践表明,该控制系统安全性、稳定性好,抗干扰强,响应时间快,完全满足生产工艺的需求。
Based on the 4000 m3 scale blast furnace of Taiyuan Iron and Steel(Group) Co.Ltd, the application of field bus technology and intelligent MCC in blast furnace automatic control system is introduced in this paper. Production practice shows that the control system has the advantages of good security and stability, strong anti-interference and fast response time, and it fully satisfies the need of production craft.
