摘要
在对国内外超声波阻垢发展现状论述的基础上,利用SYSNOISE软件,对超声波在直管、横纹管、波纹管三种管型中传播特性进行数值模拟,分析得出超声波在三种管型中的声压分布图,由于超声波在换热器内产生驻波,会产生声压降低的部分,这部分除垢效果不好。通过频域分析可知,通过变频的方式可以减少驻波对除垢效果的影响。
In this paper, based on the discussion of the development of ultrasonic scaling in domestic and foreign, Using the finite element analysis software SYSNOISE, this paper simulated the propagation characteristics in the corrugated pipe, pipe stripes, horizontal fin tube, straight tube. This paper clarifies the sound pressure distribution which ultrasound spread in different tubes, and draws the frequency response curve.
