Emotion quotient（EQ） is a kind of wisdom; it＇s not only the basic attainment of individuals, but also the most important existence capacity of individuals. At the same time, it is a necessary factor leading to success and happiness. EQ is the most essential education which can lay a solid foundation for the future development of the undergraduates. It is a responsibility for educators to analyze objeetively the current situation and problems so as to explore and find a solution to strengthen the EQ education.
