讨论了基于创新能力的培养硕士研究生的模式意义;指出研究生要取得有创新性的研究成果,应具备所研究学科前沿知识、研究方法、跨学科知识和研究论文写作方法;我国现阶段硕士研究生学术研究创新能力不足最主要的因素是知识结构的不合理;要使硕士研究生学术创新能力水平提高,需要转变教育观念,调整课程设置,加强导师的指导,完善教育教学动态监督体系。

This paper discussed the model significance of training postgraduates, pointed out the postgraduate need advanced knowledge and researching methods, interdisciplinary knowledge and paper writing methods. This paper proposed that unreasonable knowledge structure is the main reason for the lankness oi capacity. At last, this paper referred that it is necessary to change educational concept, revise the curriculum provision, strengthen tutor＇s guidance and improve teaching supervision system.
