摘要
我国德育评价过程中存在着"分数崇拜"现象,表现为德育评价目的功利化、评价内容知识化、评价实施简单化、评价结果分数化。产生该现象的原因是追求德育效果的显性化、德育效果的可控性、德育评价的选拔功能。高校德育工作者可通过发挥德育评价的激励性功能,建立师生互动式评价实施模式,将德育评价的内容从个体掌握的德育知识的程度扩展到个体道德实践,用定性与定量相结合的方式开展德育评价。
There is a "score worship" phenomenon in the process of the moral evaluation, which is showed that utilitarianism in purpose, knowledge in content, simplification in methods and score in result were given more attention. The reasons for this phenomenon are the pursuit of making the effect of moral education explicit and controllable and functional of moral evaluation. In this paper, the author pointed out we'd better evaluate individual moral practice through encouragement and interactive evaluation mode.
