脑室腹腔分流手术治疗重型颅脑损伤后脑积水的疗效分析

Analyze the Reasons for the Formation of Hydrocephalus After sSevere Head injury, Clinical Features and Treatment Experience

目的：分析重型颅脑损伤后脑积水的形成原因，临床特点及治疗体会。方法：对30例重型颅脑损伤后脑积水的临床资料进行分析。结果：治疗后30例患者中26有效，有效率达87％。影像学资料脑CT显示扩大的脑室缩小或明显缩小、或恢复至正常大小，脑室周围透明区消失。有精神症状，行走不稳，小便障碍的患者手术治疗后功能障碍明显改善。结论：分析脑积水原因，采取相应的措施，可达到改善症状、降低死亡率和病残率的目的。

Objective：To analyze the reasons for the formation of hydrocephalus after severe head injury, clinical features and treat-ment experience.Methods：30 cases of hydrocephal us after severe head injury clinical data for analysis.Results：After treatment of 30 ca-ses of 26 effective, efficient 87%.Conclusion：This paper analyzes the reasons of hydrocephalus, take corresponding measures, to improve symptoms and reduce the mortality and disabled rate.
