Many people realize that innovation and entrepreneurship is the great driving force of social progress. This study belongs to the Literature review in which discusses the function, definition, content, features and influencing factors, etc. The researchers hope this paper will bring the inspiration to the other researchers and the entrepreneurs in the transition time of China.
