负面消息商务英语信函句法层面的语用礼貌探析

摘要 以国内外各种商务英语教材中遴选的30篇负面消息商务英语信函为研究语料,采用定性分析和例证法,从语用学的角度,对礼貌原则在负面消息商务英语信函句法上的体现进行分析,为商务英语信函写作教学和商务沟通提供有益启示。 The research corpus consists of 30 bad-news business letters from all kinds of Business English textbooks home and abroad. It is a qualitative study with exemplification on the application of politeness princi-ple in bad news business letters at the syntactical level, aiming at providing some enlightenment for the teaching of business letter writing and business communication.
