阿维菌素微囊的制备及其生物活性研究

Research on Preparation and Its Biological Activity of Abamectin Microcapsule

目的制备阿维菌素微囊并考察其生物活性。方法以阿拉伯胶、明胶为囊材,阿维菌素为囊心物,用复凝聚法制备阿维菌素微囊;采用紫外分光光度法测定药物含量,考察微囊的包封率、载药率及缓释性,用阿维菌素微囊及原药浸泡过的菜叶饲喂菜青虫以测试阿维菌素的生物活性。结果用上述方法制备粒径为58μm,包封率为62.19%,含药量为29.81%阿维菌素微囊,试验证明其具有缓释效果,有较好的杀虫活性。结论该方法可为生产提供参考。

This study aimed to prepare Abamectin Microcapsule and evaluate its biological activity. The Abamectin Microcapsule with particle size 58μm, encapsulation efficiency 62.19%and drug loading 29.81% is prepared by complex coacervation method with the gelatin and Arabic gum as its capsule materials and Abamectin as its core materials. Based on the analysis of test result of the drug ingredients, encapsulation efficiency, drug-loading rate and slow-releasing potential by using ultraviolet spectrophotometry degree method;and the evaluation of biological activities by means of feeding caterpillar by soaked leaves with Abamectin and Abamectin Microcapsule, the author proposed that the Abamectin Microcapsule has slow release effect and good insecticidal activity. Therefore, this method could serve as reference for production.
