我国仍处在发展的黄金时期、矛盾的凸显时期,湖南应不断创新方法,探索有效途径,统筹协调好各种利益关系,运用法治思维和法治方式化解社会矛盾,将矛盾化解在萌芽阶段、化解在基层,不断推进湖南和谐文化建设,推动湖南经济社会持续健康发展。

Our country is still in the development of golden period and contradictions period. Hunan Province must continue to innovative methods and explore effective ways to coordinate the relation between various kinds of interests. It should also make use of the rules of law thinking and law means to resolve social contradictions in the bud stage and the grassroots level, continuously pushing forward the construction of harmonious culture in Hunan Province and promoting the sustained and healthy development of Hunan＇s economic society.
