摘要
北京市饲料监督执法工作,借助兽医体制改革和饲料行业法律法规修订完善的契机,在执法队伍的构建、工作机制的完善和监管手段的创新等方面积累了经验,对当前饲料行业管理和监督执法工作的现状提供了借鉴。
With the veterinary system reformation and the feed industry rule and regulation revision and perfection, feed supervision work in Beijing lasted for 7 years,gaining rich experiences in team-construction,mechanism-improvement and supervision method innovation and providing useful references for the feed industry management, supervision and law-enforcement.
