肝复乐胶囊预防原发性肝癌经导管动脉化疗栓塞后肝损伤

Ganfule Capsules prevent the hepatic injury in patients with primary liver carcinoma receiving transcatheter arterial chemoembolization

目的观察肝复乐胶囊(党参、鳖甲、重楼、白术、黄芪等组成)预防原发性肝癌患者经导管动脉化疗栓塞肝损伤的临床效果。方法观察组44例入院时已口服肝复乐胶囊1个月,对照组44例未服用抗肿瘤中药。两组患者均入院行导管动脉化疗栓塞,比较治疗后肝损伤情况。结果两组患者经导管动脉化疗栓塞后观察组总胆红素(25.08±10.59μmol/L)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(107.81±171.95 U/L)、天门冬氨酸转移酶(149.21±153.31 U/L),对照组分别为(35.30±20.18μmol/L)、(263.44±372.78 U/L)、(279.78±288.07 U/L),两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但白蛋白比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论导管动脉化疗栓塞前口服肝复乐胶囊能减轻导管动脉化疗栓塞后肝损伤。

AIM To observe the clinical efficacy of Ganfule Capsules（ Codonopsis Radix,Trionycis Carapax,Paridis Rhizoma,Atractylodis macrocephalae Rhizoma,Astragali Radix,etc.） in preventing hepatic injury among patients with primary liver carcinoma（ PLC） receiving transcatheter arterial chemoembolization（ TACE）. METHODS At the time of admission,44 patients of the observation group had taken Ganfule Capsules orally for one month,while another 44 cases of the control group did not receive any anti-tumor herbs. TACE was performed on them after admission and then comparison of liver injury induced by the surgery. RESULTS After TACE,the total bilirubin of the observation group was（ 25. 08 ± 10. 59 μmol / L）,the alanine aminotransferase was（ 107. 81 ±171. 95 U / L）,and aspartate transferase was（ 149. 21 ± 153. 31 U / L）; while the figures for the control group were（ 35. 30 ± 20. 18 μmol / L）,（ 263. 44 ± 372. 78 U / L）,and（ 279. 78 ± 288. 07 U / L）,respectively. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）,but albumin was an exception（ P〉0. 05）. CONCLUSION Ganfule Capsules taken before TACE can alleviate its late liver injury
