摘要
目的:探索民营企业管理人员心理弹性和应对方式的特点及关系。方法:采用心理弹性量表和应对方式量表,对在贵阳市抽取的356名民营企业管理人员进行调查。结果:贵阳市民营企业管理人员的心理弹性在总体上处于中等偏上的水平,贵阳市民营企业管理人员倾向于采用"解决问题——求助"的成熟合理的方式来应对压力问题;心理弹性总分与问题解决(r=0.63,P<0.001)、求助(r=0.18,P<0.05)两个应对方式因子得分正相关,与退避因子得分负相关(r=-0.15,P<0.05)。结论:心理弹性强的民营企业管理人员倾向采用合理的方式来解决问题。
Objective : to explore the characteristics and relationship of private enterprise managers ' resilience and coping style. Methods: 356 private enterprises managers come from Guiyang city were tested with Psychological Resilience Scale and Coping Style scale. Results : The resilience level in the mid to upper in general of private enterprises managers of Guiyang city. Private enterprise managers in Guiyang city tend to use "problem solving - - help" way to deal with stress. The positively correlation related between resilience and problem solving ( r = 0.63, P 〈 0. 001 ), help ( r = 0.18, P 〈 0.05 ) factor, negatively correlated with back off factor( r = - 0.15, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : Private enterprise managers in Guiyang city tend to use "problem sol- ving - - help" way to deal with stress problem.
