摘要
以桔梗为原料,研究桔梗多糖的提取条件优化及体外抗肿瘤活性。研究结果表明:桔梗多糖提取最佳工艺条件为超声功率250 W,提取时间为45 min,乙醇体积分数为85%,液料比值为15(m L/g)。此试验条件下桔梗多糖提取率为8.01 mg/g。同时对桔梗多糖抑菌谱的测定活性进行研究,桔梗多糖对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC为6.25%,对沙门氏菌的MIC为12.5%,对枯草芽孢杆菌、黑曲菌和啤酒酵母的MIC为25%。
Mainly discussed the polysaccharide extraction conditions optimization and antitumor activity in vitro. The results show that the Radix Platycodonis extract optimum technological conditions for ultrasonic power 250 W, extraction time is 45 min, ethanol concentration of 85%, liquid ratio value of 15(mL/g). Radix Platycodonis extraction yield was 8.01 mg/g. The polysaccharides from radix platycodonis had wide antibacterial spectrum, and the MIC of polysaccharides from radix platycodonis was 6.25% against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus, 12.5% against Salmonella, 25% against Bacillus subtilis, Aspergillus niger and Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
