响应面优化北沙参总黄酮的提取及其抗氧化活性研究 被引量:3

Study on Extraction of Total Flavonoids from Radix Glehniae by Response Surface Methodology and Its Antioxidation Activity

摘要 以北沙参为原料,研究北沙参总黄酮的提取工艺及其抗氧化活性。研究结果表明,北沙参总黄酮提取最佳工艺条件为超声波提取时间为38.9 min,超声波功率为354.4 W,乙醇体积分数为74.8%,液料比值为21.7(mL/g)。北沙参总黄酮具有较好的还原能力,高于对照组VC,而且对DPPH·有较强清除能力,随着北沙参总黄酮浓度的增加,其清除能力逐渐增强。 The extraction technology and antioxidation activity of total flavonoids from radix glehniae were mainly discussed. The optimum extraction condition of total flavonoids from radix glehniae was determined, such as ultrasonic extraction time for 38.9 min, extraction power for 354.4 W, ethanol concentration for 74.8%, the solution and material ratio for 21.7(mL/g). The total flavonoids from radix glehniae had good reducing power which was higher than VC, and had strong scavenging ability to DPPH·. The scavenging ability strengthened gradually with the concentration of total flavonoids from radix glehniae increasing.
