超临界CO_2流体技术萃取蒙古蒿挥发油工艺优选 被引量:4

Optimization of SEF-CO_2 Process for Volatile Oil from Artemisia mongolica

摘要 优化超临界CO2法(SFE-CO2)提取蒙古蒿挥发油的萃取工艺,确定最佳提取条件。以萃取率为评价指标,在单因素试验的基础上进行正交试验。结果表明,超临界法提取蒙古蒿挥发油的最佳提取条件为萃取压力30 MPa、萃取温度50℃、萃取时间2.5 h,蒙古蒿挥发油的提取率为0.723%。超临界CO2萃取法提取蒙古蒿挥发油具有提取时间短、产率高和工艺条件较稳定等特点。 Find the best extraction conditions of volatile oil from Artemisia mongolica by SFE-CO2. The volatile oil from Artemisia mongolica was extracted by SFE-CO2. Using extraction yield as evaluation index, the orthogonal experiment based on single factor experiment was carried out. The optimal extracting conditions of volatile oil from Artemisia mongolica was found as followings: extracted by SFE-CO2, extract press 30 MPa, temperature 50 ℃, time 2.5 h. These results offered theoretical basis for further study, exploitation and utilization of Artemisia mongolica.
