红菇子实体多糖体外抗氧化活性评价 被引量:2

In Vitro Evaluation of Antioxidant Activity of Polysaccharide from Russula spp.

摘要 以野生红菇子实体为材料,提取水溶性多糖,经初步纯化后,分别从自由基清除能力、还原能力、金属离子螯合能力和抑制脂质过氧化能力方面,对粗多糖和3种多糖分离组分的体外抗氧化作用进行了综合性评价。试验结果表明,红菇粗多糖表现出良好的自由基清除能力,对羟自由基、超氧阴离子自由基和DPPH自由基的清除率分别达60.23%,86.47%和69.21%。当质量浓度为5 mg/mL时,对超氧阴离子的清除作用与1-2 mg/mL VC的清除率相当。3种多糖分离组分中R1和R3组分对自由基的清除作用较好,而R2的作用较差。多糖的还原能力测试表明,在1-5 mg/mL质量浓度范围内,粗多糖还原能力最好,组分R1次之,组分R2和R3还原力较弱。红菇粗多糖和3种分离组分表现出较好的鳌合Fe2+的能力,对脂质过氧化也表现出一定的抑制能力。 The water-soluble polysaccharide was extracted from fruit body of Russula sp., which was collocted from wild resources in eastern Guangdong province. The crude polysaccharide was purified, and subsequently evaluated in vitro with antioxidant activity including radical scavenging capacity, reducing power, chelating ability for ferrousions and inhibition of lipid peroxidation. The results showed that the crude polysaccharide exhibited good radical scavenging capacity, and its scavenging capacity of hydroxyl radicals, superoxide anion radicals and DPPH radicals was 60.23%, 86.47% and 69.21% respectively. Especially, when the concentration reached 5 mg/mL, the superoxide anion radicals scavenging capacity of crude polysaccharide corresponded to the scavenging capacity of vitamin C at 1-2 mg/mL. Fraction R1 and R3 presented the higher scavenging capacity hydroxyl radicals than R2. In reducing power test, crude polysaccharide exhibited better than fraction R1, and followed by R2 and R3 in 1-5 mg/mL concentration range. Crude polysaccharide and three fractions showed good chelating ability for ferrous ions and inhibition of lipid peroxidation to a certain extent.
