摘要
针对本科高校食品科学与工程专业毕业设计中存在的问题,结合其人才培养方案,从毕业选题、开题报告、毕业设计过程指导、毕业设计开展方式、教师工程实践能力、学生论文撰写能力、答辩程序等方面提出了毕业设计教学改革的思路和措施。
In view of the existing problems in graduation design of food science and engineering, and together with its talent trains scheme, put forward some reforming ideas and measurements for teaching reform on graduation topics, opening report, graduation process guidance, the way to carry out graduation, engineering practice ability of teachers, thesis writing skills of students, and graduation thesis defense, and other aspects on graduation project.
