页岩气藏开发井壁稳定性研究进展

摘要 目前,页岩气藏的开发已经成为全球能源开发的热点,而中国页岩气藏开发还处于初期阶段,其多元化的发展面临着严峻的挑战。井壁失稳问题经常会出现在钻井作业中,而页岩气藏开发中井壁稳定问题显得更为突出。井壁失稳会导致卡钻、井眼报废等一系列问题,给钻井工程带来巨大损失,因此全面了解页岩气藏井壁稳定性研究进展十分重要。本文从力学、化学及力化耦合三方面出发,综合国内外研究进展,比较全面地对井壁稳定性研究进行了整理和归纳,以便更好的了解页岩气藏井壁稳定性的研究进展,为实际生产和工程应用提供参考。 At present, the exploitation of shale gas was hotspot issues in the world, and shale gas development in China is still in the initial stage. It's diversified development facing with severe challenges. Sidewall instability problems often happen in the course of drilling, and it is more prominent in the exploitation of shale gas. Instability of wellbore wall is a costly and troublesome problem in drilling operation such as sticking accidents and wellbore abandoned etc, so a comprehensive understanding of Sidewall stability research progress is very important. Based on the main factors impacting on pure mechanics, mud chemical research, coupled mechanical and chemical research in this paper, combined with the research progress both at home and abroad, stability of borehole wall research is classified and summed up in order to understand the progress of wall-stability .research better, and provide a reference for actual production and engineering application.
