通常测定海带中碘含量的方法有很多,如,灰化法,碱浸泡法等。海带中碘与有机基团(R)形成碘化物,提取海带中的碘要先将海带灼烧灰化,最后溶解,过滤,提取滤液,根据不同氧化剂氧化碘离子的不同现象,选择最合适的氧化剂氧化碘离子,最后用硫代硫酸钠滴定,从而测得海带中的碘含量。在此基础上,我们探索研究了不同氧化剂的不同作用情况,实验探索出了优选的氧化剂来做实验测定。

There are many,often determine the content of iodine in kelp,ash method,alkali method.Iodine in kelp and organic groups（R）form iodide,extracting iodine in kelp seaweed first burning ash,finally dissolving,filtering,extracting the filtrate,according to the different phenomena of different antioxidant oxidation iodine ion,choose the most suitable oxidant iodine ion oxide,with Sodium thiosulfate titration,finally to measure iodine in kelp.On this basis,we explore the different effects of different oxidants,the experiment explored the oxidizing agent is preferably to do experimental determination.
