摘要 采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定了镍铜合金中磷和锡量。采用盐酸硝酸溶解试样,在185.891nm或185.943nm波长下用ICP-AES测定磷,在189.989nm波长下用ICP-AES测定锡,磷的检出限为0.04μg/mL,锡的检出限是0.02μg/mL,共存元素的干扰应用仪器软件中谱线干扰校正程序克服。方法已成功地应用于镍铜合金中磷和锡的测定,试验证明,本方法简便、快速、准确,分析结果满意。 A method for determining phosphorus and Tin contents in Nickel-copper alloy by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) is introduced. Using samples dissolved in hydrochloric acid nitric acid, phosphorus content was determined by ICP-AES at the wavelengths of 185. 891nm or 185. 943nm and tin content was determined by ICP-AES at the wavelength of 189. 989nm. The detection limit of phosphorus was 0. 04μg/mL while that of tin was 0. 02μg/mL. The interface effect of coexistent element was eliminated by using the program for correc- tion of spectral line interferences in the software. The method has been successfully applied in determination of P and Sn in nickel-copper alloy with satisfactory results and has also been proved by test to be simple, rapid and accurate.
