冠状动脉狭窄及血脂代谢与幽门螺杆菌感染的相关性研究

Correlation between coronary stenosis and lipid metabolism and Helicobacter pylori infection

目的探讨冠心病患者冠状动脉狭窄、血脂代谢与幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染相关性,以提高临床诊治冠心病水平。方法选取2013年1-4月在心内科住院的72例冠心病患者作为观察组,另外选取无冠心病的72例患者作为对照组,观察两组患者临床指标,数据采用SPSS16.0进行统计分析。结果对照组Hp阳性17例,阳性率为23.61%,观察组Hp阳性39例,阳性率为54.17%;对照组Gensini评分为(19.2±12.1)分、同型半胱氨酸为(10.46±1.72)μmol/L,观察组分别为(34.6±27.3)分、(16.13±4.23)μmol/L;两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠心病患者冠状动脉狭窄、血脂代谢与幽门螺杆菌感染存在相关性,在临床诊疗中要予以关注。

OBJECTIVE To explore the correlation between the coronary stenosis and lipid metabolism and the He‐licobacter pylori infection so as to improve the clinical treatment of coronary heart disease .METHODS A total of 72 patients with coronary heart disease who were hospitalized the department of cardiology from Jan 2013 to Apr 2013 were assigned as the observation group ,and 72 patients without coronary heart disease were set as the con‐trol group;the clinical indicators of the two groups of patients were observed ,and the statistical analysis was per‐formed with the use of SPSS16 .0 software .RESULTS The H .pylori was tested positive in 17 cases in the control group with the positive rate of 23 .61% and was tested positive in 39 cases in the observation group with the posi‐tive rate of 54 .17% .The Gensini score was （19 .2 ± 12 .1）points in the control group ,（34 .6 ± 27 .3）points in the observation group ;the homocysteine level was （10 .46 ± 1 .72）μmol/L in the control group ,（16 .13 ± 4 .23）μmol/L in the observation group ,there was statistically significant difference between the two groups （P＆lt; 0 .05） . CONCLUSION The coronary stenosis and lipid metabolism of the patients with coronary heart disease are associat‐ed with the H .pylori infection ,which should be paid high attention to during the clinical treatment .
