充气加温法对颅脑肿瘤开颅手术患者低体温及手术部位感染的影响 被引量:18

Effect of forced-air warming on hypothermia and surgical site infection in intracranial tumor patients with craniotomy

摘要 目的探讨充气加温法对颅脑肿瘤开颅手术患者低体温及手术部位感染(SSI)的预防作用,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法选取2014年2-7月行开颅手术的颅脑肿瘤患者245例,随机分为对照组117例和观察组128例;对照组给予常规盖被保温,观察组给予盖被保温联合充气加温,比较两组各项指标,采用SPSS19.0进行统计分析。结果观察组术毕、术后3、12及24h的失血量均显著低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组和对照组SSI发生率分别为3.9%、11.9%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对颅脑肿瘤开颅手术患者行术中充气加温干预,可有效稳定体温,减少SSI发生。 OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of forced‐air warming on hypothermia and surgical site infection in brain tumor craniotomy patients ,so as to provide evidence for clinical treatment .METHODS From Feb .to Jul . 2014 ,245 patients underwent brain tumor craniotomy were randomly divided into a control group (n=117)and a observation group(n= 128) .Patients in the control group were covered by quilts .Patients in the observation group were covered by quilts combine forced‐air warming .The temperature ,shivering rate ,hypothermia rate ,re‐covery time ,intra operative liquid volume ,blood loss volume ,SSI rate and adverse event rate were compared . SPSS 19 .0 was adopted for a statistical analysis .RESULTS Three hours ,twelve hours and twenty four hours after operation ,the blood loss volume of the observation group were significantly less than the control group ( P&lt;0 .05) .The SSI incidence was 3 .9% in the observation group ,11 .9% in the control group ,so significant differ‐ence noted between the groups (P&lt;0 .05) .CONCLUSION Using forced‐air warming on brain tumor craniotomy patients can effectively maintain body temperature ,and reduce SSI .
