摘要
我国加工生产的食用植物油大多是采用六号溶剂作为浸出溶剂,它的沸程范围在62-85℃的石油馏分。溶剂残留量是国家卫生标准的必检项目,标准规定值是50mg/kg,是植物油质量的重要指标,其检测结果准确与否直接影响到人民的食用安全。通过检验测定工作中发现有几个步骤需要进行改进,供同行们参考。
