摘要
目的 :探讨复方益智散对多发性脑梗塞痴呆模型大鼠学习记忆功能的影响及其机制。方法 :采用左心室注射液体石蜡制备大鼠多发性脑梗塞性痴呆模型 ,观察复方益智散对大鼠学习记忆能力的改善。结果 :复方益智散有改善学习记忆功能 ,并可显著提高脑组织中GSH PX和SOD活力 ,降低MDA含量。结论 :复方益智散具有健脑益智作用 。
Objective:The study is to observe the protective effects of Chinese medicine compound Yi Zhi San on multiple cerebral infarction injury in rats.Methods:All rats are divided into five groups randomly,the experimental groups were pretreated with 5% and 10% of Yi Zhi San,respectively,whereas the positive control with Dan Shen compound tablet 1.125 tablet/100g in food for one month.Injections of 0.5ml/kg paraffin liquid were administered into the left cardiac ventricle and all the model of dementia rats were set up.Results:Yi Zhi San could significantly improve the learning and memory ability of the dementia rats, increase the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH PX) and decrease Malondiadehyde (MDA) in brain tissues.Dan Shen compound tablet have the similar effects except increasing GSH PX activity.Conclusion:The brain protective effects of Yi Zhi San maybe related to increase antioxidase activity and inhibit the production of oxygen free radicals.
