Analysis on Coal Consumption Structure Tendency and Study on Adjustment and Control Mechanism

我国是世界上煤炭资源生产与消费大国,煤炭资源的消费结构与趋势不仅关系到国民经济的发展,也关系到国家的煤炭能源政策调整。根据国家传统的煤炭资源统计口径,对煤炭资源的消费结构及趋势进行了统计分析,指出这种趋势对煤炭工业发展的影响,提出了煤炭工业今后的调整措施。对制定我国煤炭工业的产业政策,保证煤炭工业的健康、可持续发展具有重要的参考价值。

China is a large coal production and consumption country in the world, a consumption structure and tendency of the coal resources would not only related to the national economic development, but would also be related to the national coal energy policy adjustment. According to the state traditional coal resource statistics requirement, a static analysis was conducted on the consumption structure and tendency of the coal resources. The paper pointed out the influences of the tendency to the coal industry and provided the future adjustment measures of the coal industry, which would have important reference value to set up the industrial policy of China coal industry and to ensure a health and sustainable development of the coal industry.
