摘要
利用旋转挂片法模拟现场预膜工艺,通过红点法考察了聚磷酸盐-锌盐体系中pH、浊度、总铁含量、钙离子含量对循环冷却水预膜效果的影响。在六偏磷酸钠300mg/L,一水硫酸锌150mg/L,ATMP150mg/L的预膜体系中,当pH控制在5~7的范围内,浊度小于10NTU,总铁离子质量浓度小于1mg/L,钙离子质量浓度在(30~200)mg/L之间,预膜温度为40℃,预膜24h,预膜效果最佳。
The influencing factors with polyphosphate ue, turbidity, total ferric ion and calcium ion content salts per -filming system, such as pH val- , have been studied by means of rotary coupon corrosion test and red - point mean. The results show that under the conditions of the pH value 5 - 7, turbidity under 10 NTU, mass concentration of total ferric ion under 1 mg/L, mass concentration of calcium ion is controlled range from 30 mg/L to 200 mg/L, the quality of the preformed film is good and effective with the per - filming system as mass concentration of sodium hexametaphosphate is 300 mg/L,mass concentration of zinc sulphate monohydrate and of ATMP are 150 mg/L at 40 ℃ in 24h.
