摘要
针对污水汽提装置的结垢现象,通过对各装置的原料污水及污垢进行分析,找到了污水汽提系统结垢的原因,并进行解决措施研究。当投加100 mg/L阳离子破乳剂时,污水结垢速度可减缓50%左右。污水中投加800 mg/L Na OH或相当量碱渣废水后,可解决系统结垢问题。
Through the analysis of raw sewage and scale of different device with fouling of sewage stripping units, the reasons of scaling were find and the solution measures were research. The results showed that when adding 100 mg/L cationic demulsifier, scaling speed can be reduced by about 50%. When adding 800 mg/L NaOH or equivalent alkaline residue wastewater ,the problem of scaling system was completely solved.
