摘要 曲霉是自然界中广泛存在的真菌,当人体免疫功能降低时可发生危及生命的侵袭性肺曲霉病（Invasive pulmonary aspergillosis,IPA）.IPA属于深部真菌感染,其早期临床表现不典型,诊断较为困难,容易引起误诊或漏诊,且该病预后较差,病死率极高[1-2].肝衰竭是临床常见的危重症之一,患者多免疫功能低下,加之皮质类固醇激素及广谱抗菌药物的使用,
