摘要 麻疹是由麻疹病毒感染引起全身迟发超敏性细胞免疫而导致的急性呼吸道传染病[1].人感染麻疹病毒后,特异性IgM抗体和干扰素(IFN)-γ在早期感染的诊断和免疫防御中发挥重要作用,有利于控制病情,促进康复;后期产生的特异性IgG抗体是机体获得终身免疫的重要保障[24].白细胞介素(IL)-21是细胞因子Ⅰ型家族成员之一,
