成人水痘合并绞窄性肠梗阻一例

Chickenpox complicated with strangulated intestinal obstruction in adult： one case report

摘要 患者男,24岁,因全身皮疹、发热5d,持续性腹痛3d,以“水痘合并肠梗阻”急诊入院.患者入院前5d无明显诱因自胸部开始出现红色斑丘疹、疱疹,逐渐遍及面部、四肢,伴有瘙痒;伴发热,最高38.7℃;入院前3d突发右下腹绞痛,持续性加重,放射至腰背部;
