摘要
并购是企业基于战略愿景考量下的产业重组行为,劳动关系作为影响并购行为的重要因素之一,事关并购行为的实施和并购绩效的实现。以核心竞争力目标重塑或改进的企业并购行为需要妥善处置嵌入其中的劳动关系因素,重视雇员或工会的权益关切,并为并购行为的顺利实施、产业关系重组的有序推进和劳资关系和谐稳定创造积极条件。
Enterprise merger and acquisition is an industrial restructure based on strategic vision. As one of the important influencing factors, labor relations will influence on the performance of enterprise merger and acquisition. In order to rebuild core competitiveness, restructure industrial relations and enhance harmonious labor relations, enterprises should attach importance to labor relations factors and the rights and interests of employee and trade unions.
