摘要
近几年工会组织对职工心理健康方面很重视,做了不少工作。但也有人对工会工作者是否有能力为职工做心理咨询、工会应不应该做职工心理健康方面的工作提出了质疑。
In recent years, trade union attached importance to mental health of workers and staff and carried out a lot of work of mental health service for them. However, some people question if or not trade union cadres are able to be psychological counselors, and whether or not trade union should do mental health service work for workers and staff.
