摘要
日本在二次大战以后,形成了以终身雇佣制和资历薪酬制为主要内容的劳动关系。这种劳动关系对于战后日本的经济发展起到了积极的作用,并形成为一种文化现象。进入1980年代,这种劳动关系遇到了越来越多的困难,日本企业进行了一些调整,其主体并未改变。经济全球化特别是2008年由美国次贷危机引发的经济危机,使日本的劳动关系陷入困境而不得不进行转变,日本的就业关系与薪酬制度都发生了巨大变化。
In Japan, after the World War H , there seemed to be labor relations characterized by lifetime employment and senior- ity -basedpaythat formed. The labor relations have played a positive role in economic development and formed a special cultural phenomenon. In the 1980s, the labor relations met with more and more difficulties and enterprises adopted some adjustment. The globalization, especially the economic crisis caused by America' s subprime crisis compels labor relations to change, and great changes have taken place in employment relations and remuneration system in Japan.
