资本市场运作课程建设与教学问题的思考

摘要 本文在研究国内外管理学课程教学的基础上,提出资本市场运作课程开设的对象及课程建设应立足于中国实际并充分引进国外有代表性的资本市场运作思想、操作模式和理论方法,并对教学改革做了构想,以期为资本市场运作教学提供参考。
