摘要
利用2004年前上市交易的开放式证券投资基金统计数据,通过计算不同类型的基金指数,模拟中国大学教育基金的投资管理,从投资标的与投资组合的角度探寻解决中国大学教育基金"轻管理"问题的路径。研究发现,虽然样本期内经历了严重的金融危机和股票市场的持续下跌,但保本型基金指数和货币性基金指数具有较高的收益表现,债券型、保本型、指数型和混合型基金指数与沪深300指数都呈负向相关关系,一定程度上可以抵抗系统性风险,并且绝大多数模拟基金指数可以抵抗预期到的通货膨胀风险。研究也强调,必须完善资本市场的制度建设和治理,为大学教育基金投资提供良好平台;并且加强大学教育基金自身管理制度建设,加强投资管理监管,实现大学教育基金的保值增值。
We use open-end securities investment fund statistics listed before 2004 to simulate the performance of university educational funds to find out the solution to the problem of China's university educational funds' investment. The study finds that even though financial crisis exists within the sample,guaranteed funds and monetary funds have high profit,bond funds,guaranteed funds,index funds and mixed funds have the ability to offset the systematic risks and most of the funds indexes can be against the expected inflation. The study also highlights that in order to offer good investment platform for university educational funds,institutions and governing rules must be fulfilled and university should strengthen the supervision on investment and management of university educational funds to increase the value of the funds.
