With the coming of the big data era, the data curation is critical to the scientific data management and the long preservation of the digital resource in the library. The library should constract the data curation system based on the Life Cycle Theory, and make the deep data curation from four parts： the processing flow, the quality control, the preservation strategy of the digital resource, the trusted storage platform of the digital resource, it could ensure the security, the high value, the controllability and the easy using of the digital resource, and provide the personalized big data reading service for readers.
